Ok since this comment section is kinda dumb this is why they see dinosaurs instead of humans, so if aliens were looking at earth they would see dinosaurs because light takes time to travel and when ever the light from earth hits them they would pretty much see into the past because the new light years from how earth is now hasn't hit them yet and the light years from the dinosaur age is just now hitting them

so hear me out... maybe that's why aliens (if thy exist) haven't come to our planet, and maybe in another million years or so they'll see humans and civilizations on earth and decide to come here but there won't be anything anymore so they'll just take over earth and repeat the cycle. this makes sense in my head but idk

Wait so...if re-incarnation was real, and you were born on a completely different planet millions of years ahead, your memory completely wiped (obviously), because the planet would be more advanced (since they would have such technology to look at Earth) that means you would be able see yourself from your past life without even knowing it was you, from your past life, when you look at Earth from your new planet...

Important Information 🥹✌️: it Depends on how far they are. Modern Humans have been around for about 300,000 years, so if an alien race was say.. 1000 light years away, they would see us in an early medieval era. If they are more than 40+ million Light years away, then yeah, they would see the Dinosaurs.
