I have a procotol skill I run for when it starts to context rot in the current chat. I just send it this skill and say generate ai to ai statepack which generates a yaml file for me to send to the next chat to pick up where I left off so it doesn’t lose important context, requirements, scope, and previous failed attempts.

Are we sure that the users are not just experiencing the Dunning-Kruger effect, AI thrives on, and that its mistakes keep building till it fails- so this is just propaganda to try to hide an obvious flaw that the more anyone interacts with AI the more flaws they see
