For example, when A is tuned near 444 Hz, C is close to 528 Hz. Many listeners describe 528 Hz music as calm, warm, or relaxing, though these experiences are subjective. A pure 528 Hz tone sounds very different from music tuned around 528 Hz. Musical instruments create many harmonics and overtones in addition to the base frequency.
