I think it’s because the song has a repetitive yet stimulating instrumental and his vocals are calm, intentional but kind of talk-ish and the melody is also like a mantra that your brain can focus on with simple yet unique lyrics 😭 Ik that sounds a lot but it’s like a pacifier for the brain. U just get hooked on “only only” and what he’s gonna say next and it’s all creative and interesting but also predictable. Could also have to do with different frequencies and the timing of things. This song really calms my anxiety
