What I’ve found helps remove the clumps is I shake the med vial before adding my liquid. Breaks up most of the clumps before hand. The big clumps become hydrophobic so it’s almost impossible to break them up at that point.

You put your finger over it after. You need to correctly show drawing it up again with a safety syringe, then how to actually administer it after. Video is useless otherwise.
