Freeze dry…. If you seriously want long term. Freeze dry.. 20 years longevity for meals.. I do everything from stews to salsas.

Legumes such as lentils (good for fibre and protein) and pickled veg can last years. White rice can last 30 years in air tight glass. All of this can be kept in a cupboard 👌
