I think there’s a point to be made about the pricing. Yes it’s high, but the hard work baking these products, logistics and the detail in planning make it worth it.

I haven’t tried their cruffin but my fiance works nearby the phoenix location and brought me back her raspberry croissant and I’ve dreamed of it ever since. It’s worth every penny.

Everyone is complaining about pricing, but first of all… it’s a festival. Do you know anywhere at festivals where prices aren’t high? Second, these aren’t factory-made, pre-packaged foods. These are handmade dishes. Real people are spending hours prepping, cooking, serving, and putting love into what they create. You’re not just paying for ingredients — you’re paying for time, skill, labor, experience, permits, equipment, travel, setup, cleanup, and passion. When you actually think about everything that goes into it, it’s really not even that expensive. Supporting handmade food and small vendors is worth it.
