i cant say i know how you feel but what could help is catching the negative things you think/say about yourself while you're doing it and ask yourself if you'd say these things to others that you care about, if you wouldn't do it then you shouldn't say them to yourself either. the more and more you tell yourself negative shit the more and more you'll keep hearing it and then you'll start believing it.

Project Hail Mary by Andy Weir is a science-fiction novel about Ryland Grace, a former molecular biologist who wakes up alone aboard a spacecraft with no memory of who he is or why he is there. As his memories gradually return, Grace realizes Earth is facing an extinction-level crisis. A microscopic organism called Astrophage is consuming energy from the Sun, causing it to dim. Scientists discover that nearby stars are suffering the same problem—with one notable exception: Tau Ceti. Grace’s mission is to travel there, determine why Tau Ceti is resistant, and send the solution back to Earth. Spoiler-free summary The novel alternates between Grace solving problems aboard his ship, the Hail Mary, and flashbacks revealing how he became part of the mission. Although he initially appears to be completely alone, his investigation eventually leads to a discovery that dramatically changes both the mission and the story. Much of the book revolves around scientific problem-solving, survival, communication, and cooperation. Like Andy Weir’s The Martian, it frequently puts its protagonist in seemingly impossible situations and then walks through how science and engineering might provide a solution. At its core, though, Project Hail Mary is less about technical puzzles than about friendship, sacrifice, courage, and what intelligent beings owe one another. Grace’s understanding of himself changes as his memories return, and the decisions he eventually faces turn the mission from simply “save Earth” into a much more personal moral dilemma. In one sentence: A scientist wakes up alone in another star system and must figure out why one star has survived a cosmic threat—before the same threat destroys humanity. If you’d like, I can also give you a full spoiler summary including Rocky, the ending, and what ultimately happens to Grace and Earth. Use this sound #trending #viral #fyp #newsoundalert🚨🚨🚨
