I went to Waffle House the last time I was in Florida and I can see why people go to Waffle House. It’s my uncle’s favorite place and I see why.

There is something called the “Waffle House Disaster Index”. Open = Green. Partial menu = Yellow. Closed = Red. Think in terms of hurricane or flood.

I feel like beans on toast could be better if they put brown sugar, molasses and cut up cooked bacon and smoke it when your BBQ a brisket they add some brisket it. Better bread too. Hawaiian rolls or french/Italian bread.
