Noooo, do not, and I say again, DO NOT stay in Myeongdong. Hotels are overpriced and under facilitated. Get a better stay and experience by staying a little further out. Transport is fast and frequent in Seoul.

Climate card better when you are in Seoul. Unlimited bus and subway rides for a fixed fare.
