@metrorichmondzoo: Say hello to one of the zoo’s newest babies! This Ring-tailed lemur baby was born on April 12 to mom Chili. At birth, Ring-tailed lemurs weigh just 2.5 to 4 ounces. Newborns spend their first weeks clinging to mom’s belly before switching to rides on her back. Ring-tailed lemurs are raised cooperatively by the entire troop. 🖤🤍 #metrorichmondzoo #rva #lemur #cuteanimals
