At my old job, the cashier in the store was responsible for closing. It was a car wash and a wash manager was there but in the wash area. There’s only one cashier closing the store. I always stood at the door 30 seconds before close so I could lock the doors at exactly 9. One time I locked the door and this girl was walking up. She stopped and looked at me, tilted her head and gave me like a puppy dog eyes look.. I had said “I’m sorry we’re closed” then she rolled her eyes and walked the other way. I knew she was planning on buying something because she had her wallet in her hand. Like I’m sorry but no. We’re closed. The last time I let someone in because they really had to use the bathroom so I let them in and only them in. They went to the bathroom then went to buy something when they came out.. the register was counted down and closed. No I let you in just to use the bathroom. After that, I didn’t let customers in for any reason after I locked the doors
