Girl LITERALLY EVERYTHING is because of perimenopause/ menopause. I went to the ENT because of this.

I've heard this also!! So crazy! And also heard about the forgetting how to swallow. Agree what the heck is going on, as if the rest of the symptoms are not enough

Oh my God I just went down exact same road!! I went to my OBG after 6 months.she mentioned that this could be sign of menopause, lack of estrogen , So for the past 2 weeks I've been on progesterone and estrogen and I have noticed a change 💕 I'm going to make it. But I was coughing so hard I was throwing up, no sleep!
