i seek advise ... my contract end last january 2025 and not been renew because of my passport has been lost .. i applied my passport and claim last april 2025 and i know that time that i have fines already yet as we agreed with my boss that he will pay the fines and salary deduction every month , it happened that i do medical last june 17, 2025 for my renewal of visa , as i expected almost 3weeks yet i dont recieved my i.d yet my colleuge already recieved as i check on our operational manager it says my i.d been hold due my fines not been paid as they said its ok because my labor card is been extended till month of dec 2026, as i always updating my visa our hr said waiting for fine reduction until it reach now in 21k.. now as they terminated me in the company i request for my cancellation as the pro tell not posible because of my fine as the office tell they cant do anything for it..what i do now ? kindly advise?
