@makyla.wendroth: As a nurse trained in western medicine I was always taught that we needed to go to the doctor for all the answers to our health and honestly if you think about it…. This theme shows up in so many aspects of our society and quite frankly I’m fucking tired of it. After straying away from western medicine I found a whole world that I knew nothing about… Alternative healing methods utilizing the body’s innate abilities. But this kicked open a door for me that I didn’t know was there. I explained this so a client the other day like walking into a house with a trap door but you didn’t know the trap door was there. So to you that section of the house doesn’t even exist. Until one day someone shows you the door that was there the whole time but you never saw. Then you open the door and tiptoe into this new section of the house you have never explored. That was me with functional healing and then Energy healing. 🤯 I learned in 2024 that everything was energy and then studied the science behind this and I was so mind blown. After opening this door I couldn’t close it. I started to see everything through a totally different lens. My reality shifted…. in an amazing way. I found that I no longer have to outsource my power 😭 and it’s so liberating because I know I have all the answers. I had just been so disconnected from how to access them & programmed to think I didn’t have them. Now I know everything is energy and I am in control of my energy!
