I think taking phones is good but I just couldn’t have my phone taken from me at night even though I have tablets and most of the time I’m in bed asleep by nine but not tonight lol I stayed up a bit but not long 😭

I don’t understand why people are hating. My mom took my phone away from me before I went to bed as well and it helped me become a better sleeper because I didn’t need my phone for a very long time to fall asleep.

Instead of taking their phones u could set a timer, the one I have locks my phone from 10:30pm-6am, u can obviously pick the time :)
