I love my boys down but y’all don’t understand how excited I was to have my own body back. I definitely miss my baby bump a little but I’m so ready to get back in shape and feel like myself again. I did the same process with baby J and it really made a difference. As soon as I went to my room after having baby G I wrapped my stomach up so it could start to heal. The compression helps the huge space your baby just made inside of you heal and reduce in size. My amazing husband has also set it up for me to get a lymphatic massage each week for 6 weeks. Trust me when you put a lymphatic massage with wearing your compression wrap your stomach will go down much faster. The next thing I’m gonna do is cut my sugar and increase my protein. This will also help the inflammation go down and muscle growth increase. Protein also helps with breast milk production. I have Momcozy hands free bra which is good for if you don’t want to use your hands when using a wall pump but you will leak through that bra. The Momcozy busty bra is great because it has built in padding so when you start to leak it doesn’t come through on your clothes. This is by far my most comfortable bra. When my breast are engorged they are huge! That’s when I adjust the strap so it’s not so tight. After I pump I can use one hand to tighten it right back. They really think of everything!
