nail tech here, use a 250 grit hand file on your natural nails lovely you just wanna use it to buff the shine off using an edible with take your natural nails done so much and over time they will become very thin and painful (speaking for experience)

Little tip when putting on the tips make sure the tips fit wall to wall on your nail bed and lightly hold down the tip when gluing it on it makes them more secure and fit better!!
