Degut them Into a baking dish drizzle oil Add peppers and drizzle more on them Bake in over 20 mins on 400 degrees While baking Dice the tops Dice 1 yellow onion Mince 5 cloves garlic Drizzle pan with oil Add onion Then minced garlic Then peppers Add ground beef Cook 1-2lbs ground beef. 1lb to just fill peppers and 2 Ibs to have leftovers. Season with: Salt & pepper Garlic powder Onion powder Paprika Cumin Oregano Add 16oz of tomato's crushed. Cooked 1 cup rice on the side & added cooked white rice into the mixture. Added 1 cup cheese into that as well Mix well. Add the filling into peppers. Top w/ cheese I used what I had Bake in oven at 425 degrees for 25 minutes uncovered then broil 2-3 mins on high. I garnished with Italian curly parsley. enjoy
