I feel this too. Two years ago, while still married, I went to London alone. That was a new level of loneliness. It was palpable. I longed for someone to share the discovery and adventure with, to exchange the holy-shit-this-is-creepy-and-I-love-it looks during the Jack the Ripper walking tour, and to speak in high-pitched, exaggerated accents at high tea.

You’re basically walking the streets of my hometown. Born and raised. I moved to GA at the end of 2022 & have been single since 2023. I’ve even moved to FL but went to Charleston & back to Georgia. Our paths are very similar by the way you speak. I love my solitude and have been doing all things healings. I know what you mean by wanting to share a moment cause I had that in 2023. Besides that I don’t allow others to force their expectations on me and several have tried. I’m not afraid of being alone. God will provide for me until he brings me someone that he has for me. 💯💕🥰
