no i agree with you!!! dohwa genuinely deserves to be the male lead, i get eunk. But after the split and without him explaining anything (which hes had many chances to do so) and the game playing and not being direct or anything. it only leaves our girl left with anxiety of being an option, not even a choice. even with ra-im that whole situation. it proved that she was just a passing option. but dowha? Hes been direct. Hes been patient. Hes been kind. He even sacrificed HIS LOVE for her so she could choose the other guy because thats what she wanted for her happiness and he didnt even fight it. I hate how people keep trying to portray dowha as this evil and selfish man. when all he wants is to love and to love his girl. and eunk. I dont think hes a bad person either. the way I see it is this- when they were all younger, eunk taught fl that she was in fact loveable and deserved to be loved and to love herself. he was so good for her and eunk made the choices to understand her and leave her out of his depths of his heart so she couldn't understand him. that was his idea of self sacrifice for love in his own way that he knew. Now they are older and carry different burdens and responsibilities eunk cant let go of the past. and is tightly holding onto something long gone of his own choosing while dragging fl deep into its depths. But that only leaves her even more jaded each time. While dowha sees the struggle and brings her back color and light back into her life. slowly but surely helping her gently find peace back into her life. and thats what she needs.
