Make a new story, don't ruin a masterpeace... By the way, Hercules was bigger than Achilles, but Achilles was taller and heavier/more muscular than any other normal soldier. I have no problem with the actor, with LGBTQ or any of that sort, but for the love of god please keep history and mythology, literature as it is. Make new stories, make new heroes, don't force ideologies or gender to literature or history. If you polish gold to long and too much, it will turn to dust and blow away.

I agree 💯. From my understanding, Achilles appearance in the Odyssey is a ghost or a spirit. So he wouldn't be all buff anyway. A smaller framed man to portray that makes sense. Traits of beauty are different all throughout history.
