Dang it man, you didn't leave me any room to ask a question. So here's one unrelated to the video; what can't you do or won't do and for what reason? I've seen porch builds, now bathroom builds, chimney builds, reno of the side of buildings (concrete repair or some such which lol)

Just curious, no criticism, doesn’t the 50% offset on the 12x24 cause lippage that the levelers can’t pull out? I’ve always heard to do a 33% offset on large format.
