One thing that the op did not mention is that with light at night, a lot of families are able to work on projects to generate extra income. They can now see what they're doing. examples I was taught: A lot of mothers will craft or sell things to sell. And a lot of fathers can craft and carve. All this can generate extra income just because they can see at night.
