Girl as someone who works in dentistry you are so young to have something this invasive done. It will be okay for now but they’ve literally shaved your whole tooth down to a peg shape - they did not preserve anything. Veneers and crowns have to be changed every 10 years and they’re bound to fall off. Over time due to the reduction of your tooth unfortunately your chances of needing root canal treatment in the future is much higher. You should have opted for composite bonding - this would have enhanced the natural state of your teeth whilst preserving what you have which is something everything dentist should be doing. I wish you nothing but the best and I really hope your teeth never cause you any issues. As I work in dentistry I’m obviously more educated in the risks of doing procedures like this. Also these are crowns and not veneers - veneers they shave the front of your teeth and cement it on where as for crowns they shave your tooth down and cement the whole crown on to the tooth which wraps around your whole tooth hence why they’re called crowns.
