Cut a hole on the board where the outlet is and you can use Spanish moss in that area so it'll hide the plug but it still be accessible.

Could you potentially make a small access “door” to get to the outlet?? Cut a little square put a small hinge and cover it with moss and have the “handle” be a piece of driftwood that will blend into the rest of the wall?
