On windows, you can just hit Windows key + H and it will turn on the built-in dictation fyi

Don’t get me wrong Wispr Flow is great, but there are so many other options out there that are better value for money / free and will meet most people’s needs. They are so overpriced imo and only widely used because most people don’t research the market.

The comparison I’d make is less about the first transcript and more about the full loop: engine choice, privacy, correction flow, and whether it works in the apps you already use.
