@lydia_hudgens: One of my favorite things about creating “Plus Expanding the Frame” was getting to collaborate with people I’d connected with online for years, and finally meeting them in real life through the process of making the book. I had followed Ashley’s work for a long time, and when I saw she was coming to New York, I reached out about photographing her for the project. The day we met was the day we shot these images, which still feels kind of special to me. She was incredibly lovely to work with, completely open, collaborative, and just brought so much to the photographs. I feel very lucky that this book gave me the opportunity to work with people from so many different places and backgrounds, including people I had never met before stepping onto set together.
