The right people don’t just cheer you on, they tell you the truth even when it’s hard to hear. They say it as it is because they genuinely want to see you win. And when things get hard they’re not telling you to quit, they’re telling you to go again. You’ll know when you’ve found your people. Stop conforming. Systems are designed to keep you in a box. The moment I started thinking outside this box, it was liberating. Teach your kids about money early. Before the world tells them it’s not for them. Fail faster. The things that didn’t work out taught me so much more. I’d ask what did that teach me — then move. Have bigger conversations before you feel ready. Get in rooms with people ahead of you. Be curious.
