just being real with you, I gained a lot of weight during pregnancy and I exclusively breastfeed after and it has completely shaved off all of the pregnancy weight gain and then some… but don’t get too stressed about it girl just keep staying healthy and your body will do exactly what it needs for your baby 🥰🩷 you got this mama!

You are probably just retaining a lot of fluid. Be careful with swelling!

I just had my 28 week appointment and they pointed out the jump in my weight. (7lbs since the last appointment 😬😅) but they noticed some swelling in my ankles and I’ve had tingling in my hands and they recommended I take a magnesium supplement to help with swelling.

My provider is warning me not to gain anymore weight. When I asked how much I’d gained she said 12 lbs since my first visit in January. I’m 30 weeks. 🧍🏻♀️

I amazes me how being pregnant in the states work. Here in Puerto Rico is every OBGYN appointment for both of my pregnancies i would get pictures printed from them. Your look amazing and your doing great ❤️.

I’ve gained 55lbs during this pregnancy! I’m having a c section tomorrow because he’s breech. Weight gain was the scariest as a person who has lost 125lbs before getting pregnant.
