Your hip tightness is a symptom. 3 muscles below and behind your pelvis stopped firing, and your hip joint absorbed the fallout. Everyone stretches their hips. Almost nobody asks why they’re tight in the first place. Here is the reality. Your hip joint is the crossroads of your entire lower body. When your gluteus medius stops firing, your hip rotators lose range. When your ankles can’t dorsiflex properly, your pelvis compensates by tilting forward. When your pelvis tilts, your hip flexors shorten and your glutes stretch into a position where they can’t produce force. The hip gets blamed, but it’s the victim. Stretching a victim doesn’t solve the crime. You have to go after the muscles that stopped working. The gluteus medius needs direct activation. The deep hip rotators need to be retrained through full internal and external rotation. And your soleus and tibialis posterior need load so your ankle can do its job again. This reel gives you the three drills that target the actual weak links. Not more stretching. Targeted activation and strengthening for the muscles your hips have been compensating for.
