Maybe it’s just me but I have never packed much. Just a diaper bag and my pump. We bring maybe 2-3 toys but all small nothing big. Even if we sleep over out of town his diaper bag and the things in there will get us through a couple of days.

As a new parent, I remember being there. After a while you realize what you need and don’t need. That took us a couple months for sure. Now we’re down to an already packed diaper bag and portable stroller for short day trips
