This "hack" is actually a step backward for beginners. By crossing the band over the back, you lose almost all tension at the top..the exact point where most people fail. A resistance band under the feet scales with the full range of motion (ROM) and provides consistent support where it's needed most. Physics don't lie: if the band goes slack at the top, it’s not an assist, it’s just a decoration. Stick to the traditional foot-loop for real strength gains. 💪👌
