For anyone wondering how I got into this career, I learned to weld jumped around and built my resume up. Spent about a year doing structural welding, then I went and started building massive magnets used in ship yards very heavy duty make or break welds. Ended up going to rope access school n got my irata 1, took a 3g and 4g unlimited thickness cert in stick, applied and landed this job.
