I remembered there was a time a card in my paldean fate was put upside down. It is sealed product from Best Buy. Also I highly doubt anyone resealing Mega Evolution rather than ascended heroes or 151. I would say probably packaging problems as the printing and packaging quality is going downhill since prismatic.
