I am kinda shocked seeing all the shock that the show is not sticking the landing. This is a show that’s built on shock value, shallow writing, and perpetually one upping itself. It’s ironically fallen victim to some of the very media tropes and trends people claim it’s commentary on. It’s based on a hollow and shallow comic. This show was never going to stick the landing.

I liked the first 1/2 episodes as well. When they had everyone clash at the camp, I never expected that would be the peak of tension for the season. I was excited that they would now carry that much tension.
