My body collapsed into an energy ball and I shot through the universe for over a minute, stars were zooming by me, then I stopped in the middle of space and something god like made a galaxy right in front of me. He told me it was all for me. I opened my eyes and the moon got brought to me, I was the tree, the people in the plane, the ground, I was one with all that has ever been. Took me months to integrate the experience. I will never be the same but won’t partake again. Once was enough 😅

It just temporarily tears down your brain’s ability to rationalize thoughts and sensory inputs. It does feel like you are torn out of reality, and your brain has to reconstruct your identify and your perception of the world around you. Just think of it as a total brain reset, but there’s nothing inherently mystical about it. It’s just knocking all memories, logic, and spatial, physical, and auditory rationalization from you mind for a few minutes. So yeah, it feels like you are in the fourth dimension because you don’t even remember what the third dimension was.
