@jaycyj.pov: So I checked out Chj Bistro. They’re located at Steveston Village in Richmond. I don’t often see people talk about this spot so I thought putting a spotlight on them would be my contribution to supporting a small business today. They specialize in Taiwanese food and have all of the comfort foods you can imagine. From popcorn chicken to oyster omelettes, braised pork on rice to taiwanese hot dogs.
