farmer here, those are giant oats. tractors drive through those crops for spraying or other purposes regularly. one rain storm, they’ll be good as new. even if he damaged sny crops, damage would be $20-$150 tops

if it's not yours, stay out... Most land is privately owned and even if it's just dirt, it has probably been worked and there are liability issues... And most public grounds don't allow you to leave the designated trail/road...

just saw the video so i guess it’s still circulating and that’s how i got here. this is why it’s so important to hear both sides instead of jumping on one side so blindly. you took accountability, addressed the problem, took steps to try and make things better, and are making sure you don’t do it again in the future. literally nothing else you can do, you did everything you could. people are just so full of hate nowadays they gotta get their outlet somehow someway, and you’re that outlet right now. keep doing you man

The farmer is a hay farmer. He is going to mow it for hay. When you mow hay it mows down like a lawn mower. Even with it driven on it will still mow pretty good.
