I’m on the second Colmi R10 and it is a terrible ring. I bought it after watching you do a review on it. I got the first one the battery was dying instantly last of day maybe two and then it’d be dead so I had to get a coupon from them because I paid $45 for the ring and they gave me a coupon for 30 and I said no so they give me 40 and then I ended up having to pay an extra $10 so I’ve paid $55 they sent me the second ring and within 30 days the ring is dead and will not work. I can’t get a hold of the company and pick boxes because I only paid the $10 and use the coupon. They can only give me $10 back. I want to talk to somebody with the company because this is ridiculous. The ring has problems with the battery and when I try to do a review, they don’t allow it.
