Yup… I’ve been at my job for almost 24 years and honestly I don’t care much any more. I’ve seen the in n out of this place. I just go in to work and do my minimal and leave. I don’t go above and beyond. Just need that pay check and health insurance.

I couldn’t stop caring and giving 100%. It got so bad it was affecting my health and home life I threw in the towel. The day I gave my notice, I slept like a baby.
