how about doing 3 to 5 sets, 15 to 20 reps of this movement everyday ar the end of any workout might be...If shoulders are way back and hard to grow

is best to put hand at front of dumbbell while doing side delt while keeping arms straight then smack at side of body cos see lots folk saying puts pressure on rotate cuff love watching ya videos 💪
