When you have lipoedema and your arms and legs don’t respond as much as regular peoples would to a change in lifestyle, it can be disheartening. This is why it is so important to listen to your body and understand how lipoedema reacts with you. Some days my legs swell up loads, some days they aren’t as swollen. I’ve lost ten stone, I used to be a size 32-34 and now I’m mainly a 26-28.
