@splenda_glenda: I cannot say enough good things about 1916 Barn Bistro in Seguin, Texas! This place is a hidden gem. My husband and I came here for a date night, and the experience was just perfect. The food, the service, the atmosphere everything was elegant, classy, and simply adorable. We sat in the Rose Room, which is a bit fancier and tucked in the back it’s only open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings, so keep that in mind. Up front, you’ll find 1916, but the Rose Room is where the magic really happens. We had the pulled pork sliders so flavorful with crispy fries and I got the burrito bowl, which was amazing the chicken was so juicy and packed with flavor. The customer service was top-notch.
