I’m one of those people. A 250K$ house with 5% down where me and my wife currently live we’d be looking at a mortgage around 2200/month. It’s not the saving part that’s hard it’s when I get house how are we going to afford the mortgage? That’s literally 50% of our net income just on a mortgage. That’s literally leaves us 2200 left over a month for groceries, gas, utilities, car insurance, phone bill, ect. It can’t be done,
