I think some of these are unfair. I think talking to someone when it fits into their schedule is totally normal, expecting someone to always be available is not fair. And it’s also okay not to want anything serious. This is why not just communicating your feelings but also listening to your partner is important when dating. When you catch feelings you build expectations and project delusions on someone who might need more time to figure things out for them. Its not always leading someone on. I do understand that this post is not meant to criticize the other person and aims to protect someone with anxious attachment in such a situationship, but these reasons are mostly just fair and normal behavior that should be accepted when getting to know someone new.
