Recipe 👇🏼 Ingredients 1 pack Buldak Carbonara ramen ½ cup heavy cream ½–1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 1 egg Mini sausages or cocktail sausages Green onions, chopped Chili oil (optional) Instructions Cook the sausages until heated through and lightly browned. Set aside. Boil the Buldak noodles according to the package instructions. When the noodles are halfway cooked, drain most of the water, leaving a little in the pan. Pour in the heavy cream and stir well until creamy and smooth. Add the Buldak sauce packet and powder seasoning, then mix everything together until fully combined and coated. Let it simmer for about 1 minute so the noodles absorb all the flavor. Add mozzarella cheese and let it melt into the ramen until extra cheesy and creamy. Top with egg, sausages, narutomaki, chopped green onions, and a drizzle of chili oil for extra heat.
