Mind you at a New York Michelin Restaurant a tasting menu is smaller portions and can run up to $500 for one person tax & gratuity not included

The price is comparable to a concert ticket, sporting event, etc. Some ppl like different things and are willing to pay for them. Glad it was a good experience!

Anybody complaining is forgetting this is an EXPERIENCE. It isn’t just a lunch meal to fill you and move on. It’s the opportunity to try foods made by world star chefs that you’d otherwise likely never try.

Do people not realize Michelin star restaurants usually do smaller portions? They do that so you slow down and taste your food. With that being said, the food showed in the video look like appropriate portions.

Chef tastings are an experience with the price being high, him charging around $400 is not bad at all. It’s also not for everyone. I’d def pay that. The portions look good too
