Not proud, but I'm concerned that a lot of people don't seem to be understanding what she's saying. Which is valid. This is likely just the way she remembers the concept well. but anyways um short summary. From short term memory to Medium Term memory • Unfamiliar concept (at the start is short term after learnt once) + linking with a [Familiar Concept] = Medium Term memory. • Medium Term memory + sensory information + spaced repetition & active recall = Long Term memory (overtime) This is just how I understand it at least. Hope this helps someone.

My tip is that always find PATTERNS, patterns that will help you remember. You can also use Mnemonics. These always workkkkkkk!! I do what she does also, basically relating the thing your studying to something common in your life. For maths, just comprehend the basics, don’t just memorize formulas. Now your 6 hour study will just become a 2 hour study session

this is exactly why I always need to understand first in order to memorise something. the only way I memorise smth is through connecting it to an information or something I already know/memorised before or even connect it to a feeling or smth that makes sense to me already.

She’s said a whole lot of nothing but for those who actually want to know how to fix ts…basically drop your phone, stop ingesting mindless short form media (including short loopable music that tickles ur brain and gives u short bursts of dopamine) and focus on being present. Your brain will reset naturally
