Linda’s Fudge Cake is med. Now the Chocolate Tower Truffle Cake and Cheesecake Factory is better and if you ask for a side of raspberry sauce it will bring it to the next level.

I've worked at both cheesecake factory and Pf Chang's and am a Chocolate Cake Connoisseur. The Linda's fudge cake is moist with a more Chocolate flavor. The Great Wall is more cakey but I feel like doesn't have a strong chocolate flavor bc of the frosting they use. But if you do get the Great Wall, I recommend warming it up for a few seconds in the microwave, it softens the cake and melts the frosting just a touch. Essentially, if you want moist chocolate heavy cake choose Linda. If you want a more sturdy and darker chocolate choose Great Wall.

Hey so I’m fat so know that before I say, when I can’t choose, I just do both 🤷🏻♀️. Eat half of each and save the rest for later. Cake freezes well 😬
